It does not include apartment fee (one week = 32 euro ; 2 weeks or more = 46 euro) and city tax. Neither does it include insurance cancellation (2.2%).

Agence Amarine is also specialized in short term rentals and offers about 140 apartments for rent from mid-March to mid-November.

ARRIVALS

• Upon your arriving someone from Agence Amarine takes you to your apartment and does the entrance inspection with you.
• Each tenant gets a file including a survey, a list of useful phone numbers, a map of the city, a guide of the city and an inventory of the apartment.
• A free beach bag with a welcome gift is also included.
• In the summertime, tenants get the newspaper “Midi-Libre” on the day of arrival.
• During your stay our team is available to answer any of your requests and advise you on activities in the area.

DEPARTURES

Before your departure someone from Agence Amarine will meet you at the apartment at a scheduled time to pick up the keys and do the exit inspection with you.
