Established in 1979 by Mr and Mrs Gylbert under the name of « Gylbert immobilier », the agency was taken over in 1996 by Sébastien De Vreese to become AGENCE AMARINE.
Sébastien DE VREESE lived and studied in the United States for over a year. He then worked for American Express where he learned a lot of sales and marketing expertise.
Sébastien De Vreese’s experience in United States left him with a strong sense of service. As a result, the priority of his agency is to always provide his clients with the best service.
Agence Amarine is opened all year long from Monday through Saturday.
Agence Amarine helps the buyer through the different stages of the sale process, that is from applying to mortgages to insurance but also from getting water and electricity turned on.
At settlement the buyer is always accompanied by someone from Agence Amarine and can be picked up at the airport or train station if needed.
Before settlement every apartment gets a last inspection.
Free Emergency Service : If desired after the purchase of the apartment a set of keys can be dropped off at the agency in case the apartment needs to be accessed for emergency.

The seller
An estimate of the seller’s asset is calculated based on a comparison of similar products in the same neighbourhood. From the result, the agency starts putting together a sell strategy :
A technical file The file includes copies of real estate taxes (foncier, habitation), apartment’s fee, appraiser’s fee, the list of furniture included in the sales, plan of the apartment and notes of the last board meeting of the building.

Management of the apartment
We offer to manage the apartment for the owner, from following up on the construction, cleaning, problems with insurance to anything that could come up.
We put the apartment for rent, write up the contract and issue the lease.
We include a complete insurance package guarantying the protection of the rental.
We inform the owner when a new lease is signed.
The owner can also check on the internet, using a pin, when the apartment is occupied.
